Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop standard procurement procedures for technology products and services.
  • Identify and engage with top-tier technology suppliers, negotiating prices and contracts to ensure competitive pricing and favourable terms.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and pricing fluctuations.

  • Evaluate and monitor supplier performance, addressing any issues promptly.

  • Performing general office administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and archiving;
  • Manage the stock control system and company inventory on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly motivated person able to work under own initiative and with minimum supervision to fulfil the role of an Accounts Administrator. The successful candidate will be working within the Finance Department and reporting to the Group Accountant and Financial Controller.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Posting of supplier invoices accurately and on a timely manner;
  • Preparation and postings of sales invoices accurately and on a timely manner;
  • Liaise courteously with customers, clients, suppliers, creditors, and other stakeholders as necessary;
  • Debtor chasing, daily updating of accounts receivables and preparation of collections report;
  • Prepare bank payments, bank queries and similar matters;
  • Bank postings and reconciliations;
  • Cash box handling.
  • Preparation of accounting reconciliations as necessary;

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who is fluent and experienced with bothback-end and front-end development. As a Full Stack Developer, you are responsible forimplementing web and cloud-oriented solutions that are high performant, reliable and secure.In addition, you are required to work within a team and coordinate technical efforts effectively.

Full Stack Developers will be required to see a project from conception to the final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrating proficiency with object-oriented design and development in Java
  • Develop highly interactive single-page applications with React
  • Develop RESTful APIs and web services with Spring Boot
